We're looking for some link building outsourcing recommendations. Has anyone here used any white hat link building services they were very happy with? We've tried several other forums for this, but just keep getting advertisers pushing their services onto us - we don't need people offering services, we need to find someone who's actually used a particular service and can vouch for it.

If anyone has any recommendations, please post or PM me. The job would involve white hat link building for approximately 40-50 clients. This includes directory submissions, request links from sites which are linking to competitors and look like they have link pages (though never spamming), etc.
